Who can apply?

Applicants must currently be working on—or have completed—the project, initiative, or technology within the past 12 months.

Is there a fee to submit a nomination?

There is no fee to submit a nomination or to be considered for an award. However, if you are selected as a final nominee, your organization will be required to send a company representative to the awards luncheon by purchasing either an individual seat or a table of ten.

When does the submission period open?

Submissions are accepted from November 14, 2025, to February 5, 2026.

Do I need to be an exhibitor?

No, submissions are open to all. Exhibiting is not required. For exhibiting inquiries, contact calgarysales@dmgevents.com.

Can the same project be submitted for multiple awards?

No. Each project, initiative, technology, or individual may be entered in only one category. Duplicate submissions will be disqualified.

Can I submit on behalf of my company or myself?

Yes. You may nominate yourself, your company, or another individual or organization (with their consent and complete information).

I’ve applied in the past. Can I apply again?

Absolutely. Past nominees and winners are welcome to submit for 2026.

Are there costs if I’m shortlisted?

Nominees must send at least one representative to the gala. Tickets are available for individual seats or tables of ten.
