Jodi Anderson, P.Eng., is a Reservoir Development Engineer at Imperial Oil. Jodi has over 10 years of experience in the energy sector, with expertise in thermal in situ reservoir engineering. She has been instrumental in leading cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and innovation in upstream oil and gas operations, including leading the technical team in developing Imperial's first SA-SAGD commercial pad. Prior to her current role, Jodi was the research surveillance engineer for Imperial's T13 SA-SAGD pilot, operated at their Cold Lake asset. She is also currently in her second year of the MBA program at the Haskayne School of Business, focusing on strategic management and leadership. Outside of her professional pursuits, Jodi is an avid outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking and skiing. Her commitment to continuous learning and passion for the outdoors reflect her dynamic approach to both work and life.
