Ms. Emeafa Hardcastle is the Ag. Chief Executive Officer of the Petroleum Commission of Ghana. She was a partner at Lithur Brew & Company, a leading law  firm in Ghana until her appointment and has extensive experience in corporate and commercial law, investment, banking, and finance. She has a strong background in the energy sector, and has worked closely with the Government of Ghana, regulatory bodies, and international development partners on economic and trade initiatives. Ms. Hardcastle served on boards of the Petroleum Commission from 2011 to 2017 and the Royal Bank, and has advised leading institutions such as GNPC, COCOBOD, and Goldman Sachs. She holds degrees from the University of Ghana and the London School of Economics and Political Science and is a qualified Barrister-at-Law.
