Reihaneh Irani-Famili, is an accomplished leader with over two decades of experience in clean energy transition, infrastructure development, and organizational transformation. As the founder and president of Viridi Edge, she helps organizations unlock growth opportunities, achieve climate goals, and deliver measurable financial success through tailored, scalable strategies.

Before founding  Viridi Edge, Reihaneh held senior leadership roles at National Grid, where she developed and led clean energy portfolios, positioning the company as a leader in the energy transition. During her tenure, she successfully navigated regulatory challenges, secured federal funding, and transformed teams to deliver results in fast-changing and complex environments.

A recognized industry expert, Reihaneh has spoken at global forums, addressing critical topics such as electrification, climate adaptation, and stakeholder management. She holds an MBA and a Master of Science in Chemical Engineering, and is dedicated to driving sustainable, long-term success for organizations while advancing the clean energy transition.
