As Global Lubricants Sustainability Manager, he is driving sustainability transformation, including strategy development, reporting, performance, risk management and providing subject matter expertise to support the business and our customers. This Sustainability transformation also includes sustainability integration into systems and processes and the development and implementation of behavior change, capability development, communication and policy & advocacy content development and action.
Since joining Shell Canada in 2006, Scott has held several diverse positions including roles in Lubricants, E-Mobility, and Aviation.
Scott holds an Aircraft Maintenance Engineering License from Transport Canada, ISO 9001 Lead Auditor Accreditation, Safety Management for Aviation Maintenance from the University of Southern California and is currently working on Management studies through the University of Calgary.
