Through the integration of Human Intelligence (HI) and disciplined execution, he advises organizations and leadership teams on operational excellence, commercial growth, governance, and long-term value creation.

Alongside his advisory work, Cesar has led global market engagement initiatives within advanced maritime performance and energy technology environments, supporting vessel optimization, fuel efficiency, accountability systems, and emissions performance across international fleets.

Throughout his career, he has held executive and commercial leadership roles at Schlumberger, Nabors Industries, GE, Siemens, Naviera Integral and Fueltrax building deep expertise in offshore operations, drilling services, vessel logistics, and energy infrastructure transformation.
