As a Clean Tech Executive with nearly 20 years of experience in various multi-faceted roles, Kerri has a strong track record of developing and executing innovative business strategies, securing and managing capital, and establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships in the global energy sector. She has been recognized as one of the Business in Calgary Leaders Award winners and as a Top 40 Under 40 recipient (2019) for her contributions to the community and the clean technology industry.

She spent several years in other multi-faceted roles including COO of a multi-tiered industrial services and engineering company and helped to grow the entity in 2017/2018 by 450% and transitioned into other Senior Leadership roles with a strong focus in the Energy Transition space, including her role as President & CEO of International Ultrasonic Technologies (IUT), a clean tech technology provider focused on the development and commercialization of a sustainable desulphurization technology and formed partnerships throughout North America, Europe and the Middle East.

In her current role of Director, Strategic Partnerships, Kerri supports the business development activities of Exergy Solutions' EPFC Division; https://exergysolutions.com/ . Exergy stands out for its collaborative, innovative, and efficient approach to Engineering. The company's diverse offerings include an Innovation Manufacturing Division specializing in Additive Manufacturing and 3D printing, along with Agile Supply Chain/Digital Inventory Solutions. Exergy's Innovation Advisory Group plays a pivotal role in the innovation space, providing technical and strategic advisory services to industrial players, innovators, investors, and government agencies. Overall, Exergy Solutions aims to redefine the EPC landscape by integrating advanced technologies and fostering strategic partnerships.

As part of her continued commitment to the energy sector, currently sits on the board for the Canadian Heavy Oil Association (CHOA), which is a member-focused, volunteer-driven organization dedicated to transforming our industry into the world’s most responsible and innovative oil producer.
